Refund policy

Returns: We want you to love your Homewise Goods purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
